Tintash has developed a variety of games and applications in Unity over the years, some of which have been featured on iOS App Store and Google Play Store. Our games are spread across multiple genres including hyper-casual, educational, adventure, platformer, puzzle, etc. We have also created several applications in Unity including Decorist Room Builder, photorealistic 3D interior design application.
We have a team of Unity tech leads, senior engineers and architects with a diverse skill-set in Unity. The cross-platform nature of Unity makes it very easy for our developers to quickly create and deploy games on several platforms at the same time including iOS, Android, WebGL, etc. using a single codebase.

Cocos2d/Cocos2d-x is a 2D game engine that we used extensively for game development before Unity gained popularity. Our team has a very strong grip on Cocos2d/Cocos2d-x engine. We started creating games in Cocos2d/Cocos2d-x over 10 years ago and created titles such as Bam Bam Dash, Fish Frenzy, etc. that topped the charts back then. Over the years we developed lots of 2D games using this engine, a few of them got installs as high as 50 million and got featured in iOS App Store and Google Play Store. Our biggest success in Cocos2d/Cocos2d-x include all titles of Stick Cricket.

Delivery Milestones
We evaluate the game idea and understand the client's requirements, as well as any time and budgetary constraints. Together we evolve the idea into one or multiple game concepts.
After finalising the game concept, we create a comprehensive initial game design document that details the art style, UI flow, core mechanics, game loop, monetization plan and other details. This document serves as a starting point for production.
We do a detailed analysis of all the use cases and features of the game based on the client approved GDD and create a production plan. The plans includes a backlog of user stories, time and cost estimation, defining milestones and releases and allocating resources.
Read Moreabout our pre kick-off delivery process.
We use modified Scrum for project management and delivery of each project.
Read Moreon why we modify the Scrum model for each project.
A sprint is typically one or two weeks long. At the end of each sprint we deliver the verified and tested increment (build) to the client along with the sprint report and QA report. We always appreciate and welcome client feedback. Any given feedback is discussed with the project team and then incorporated in future increments.
Once all the development work is completed and approved by the client we submit the game on iOS App Store and Android Play Store.
